On Wednesday, the Redmi 15C 5G was released in India. In a few global markets, it was released in September. It is a low-cost device and the next-generation model of the Redmi 14C, which Redmi 15C 5G is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300-powered device with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. A 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup is featured on the new Xiaomi subsidiary phone, which also includes an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.

Redmi 15C 5G: Price and Availability
In India, the.phone Redmi 15C 5G is available to the public. The variant with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at ₹12,499.Besides which, the two remaining versions with 6GB and 8GB RAM, correspondingly, are priced at ₹13,999 and ₹15,499, respectively.
The company states that the Redmi 15C 5G comes in three different color choices – Midnight Black, Moonlight Blue, and Dusk Purple. The Xiaomi India online store and Amazon will be the places from where you can buy it from December 11 onwards.

Redmi 15C 5G is a dual-SIM (Nano + Nano) handset powered by HyperOS 2, which is based on Android 15. It will be receiving two years of operating system upgrades and five years of SMR updates. The device is equipped with a 6.9-inch HD+ (720 x 1600 pixels) AdaptiveSync display with the refresh rate of 120Hz and the touch sampling rate of 240Hz. The display can get the maximum brightness of 810 nits, and it is certified by TUV Rheinland for Low Blue Light, Flicker-Free, and Circadian Friendly.
Redmi 15C 5G is equipped with a maximum of 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage can be onboard. There is also a provision for the virtual RAM expansion up to 8GB. The Redmi phone is equipped with a 50-megapixel AI dual rear camera setup with an f/1.8 aperture for the imaging and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for capturing selfies and making video calls.

According to the brand, the Redmi 15C 5G has a size of 171.56 by 79.47 by 8.05mm and weighs 211 grams. Along with the mentioned features, the handset also has a 3.5mm headphone jack, a fingerprint sensor on the side, an IR blaster, an ambient light sensor, an e-compass, and an accelerometer. Its dust and water resistance level is IP64.
