Oppo A6x 5G was released in India. The brand’s new entry-level smartphone is the one to be reckoned with. Oppo A6x 5G is equipped with a 6,500mAh battery and can be charged through a 45W wired fast charging port. This dual SIM handset is a mated product of Android 15-based ColorOS 15. The mobile is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset-powered unit.
The Chinese smartphone company introduced Oppo A6x 5G in India on Tuesday. Various e-commerce platforms, including the Oppo India online store, will offer the smartphone for sale from today. Three different memory and storage configurations and two color options are available for the phone. A 45W wired fast charging is supported by a 6,500mAh battery. The phone is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 6000 series chipset, which is combined with a maximum of 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. In addition, the device is equipped with a 13-megapixel primary rear camera.
Oppo A6x 5G: Price and Availability
Oppo A6x 5G cost in India is beginning at ₹12,499 only for the basic version with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The upper 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant has been set at ₹13,499. The premium variant, which features 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, is going for ₹14,999 in India. Moreover, the company is providing the buyers a three-month free EMI facility with some bank cards.
The new Oppo A6x 5G will be on sale from today through various online retail channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the Oppo India online store, in addition to other offline retail outlets. It comes in the Ice Blue and Olive Green colours.

Oppo A6x 5G supports dual-SIM functionality and operates ColorOS 15, which is based on Android 15. The device has a 6.75-inch LCD screen that provides HD+ (720×1,570 pixels) resolution, a highest refresh rate of 120Hz, pixel density of 256ppi, highest touch sampling rate of 240Hz, and highest brightness of 1,125 nits. Besides, the display is able to 16.7 million colors, 83 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, and 100 percent sRGB certified.
Oppo A6x 5G includes a chipset MediaTek Dimensity 6300 with eight cores, while the graphics processor is ARM Mali-G57 MC2. Besides, it can have as much as 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS2.2 internal storage. Oppo A6x 5G has the following sensors: proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, e-compass, and accelerometer. Along with that, a fingerprint sensor on the side and facial recognition feature are available to keep the user’s privacy safe.

Oppo A6x 5G camera doesn’t have too many features, but there is one main point: a 13-megapixel primary sensor on the back with an f/2.2 aperture, a 77-degree field of view, and autofocus. Besides, it is a new handset feature to add a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 77-degree field of view for selfies and video calling. The rear camera sensor is capable of recording video in 1080p resolution at a maximum of 60 fps while the selfie camera can record 1080p video at 30 fps.
Oppo A6x 5G holds a massive 6,500mAh battery which can be quickly charged using a 45W wired SuperVOOC charger. Next, the device can connect to the internet or other gadgets via the following technologies 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The handset is 166.6×78.5×8.6mm in size and its weight is around 212g.
