Honor Magic 8 Pro is officially available worldwide after its first release in China. The global version of the Honor Magic 8 Pro boasts a 7,100mAh battery with 100W fast charging wired and 80W fast charging wireless. It is a downgrade from the Chinese version, which besides being equipped with a bigger 7,200mAh battery, also has 80W wireless charging and 120W fast wired charging.
Honor Magic 8 Pro was initially introduced in China last month with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset as one of the first devices. The flagship smartphone of Honor has now been introduced in international markets such as Malaysia. The international version is equipped with a 7,100mAh battery which is a bit smaller than the 7,200mAh battery of the Chinese version. The global variant is equipped with 100W wired charging instead of 120W. Except for the battery and charging, the two models have the same specifications. The Honor Magic 8 Pro is equipped with a triple rear camera setup and has IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings.
Honor Magic 8 Pro: Price
Honor Magic 8 Pro with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is available in Malaysia for RM 4,599 (roughly Rs. 99,000). A 16GB RAM + 1TB storage variant will cost you RM 5,199 (close to Rs. 112,000). There are three different color options for the phone – Black, Sunrise Gold, and Sky Cyan.
In terms of storage, the Honor Magic 8 Pro in China is offered a 12GB + 256GB variant only and costs CNY 5,999 (about Rs. 73,900). The device comes in the colors of Velvet Black, Snow White, Azure Glaze, and Sunrise Gold Sand (the colors are translated from Chinese).
